It wasn't just 1, 2, 3 and Peace, Love & Ice Cream that were lacking originality either. Another song, Luv U Luv U Luv U strongly resembles Lady GaGa's Just Dance.

Younha's company has defended the song saying "1, 2, 3, is a Korean - Japanese- Swedish work. It is neither a sampling or a remake and is an innocent composition that we have created."
